The one idea: you already built their site. Leads marked DEMO READY can see it on their own phone before you hang up. Nobody else who calls them can do that.

Opener: "Hey, is this the owner of [name]? … I'm Justin, I'll be quick — I'm not selling anything today. I build websites for [trade] guys around [city], and I noticed you don't have one. On purpose, or just never got to it?" Then stop talking.

Pitch: "So here's why I'm calling. I already built you one — your services, your number, a big call button at the top. Costs nothing to look at. If you like it, I host it and keep it updated for a hundred a month. If not, you say no and that's the end of it."

DEMO READY — send it live: "What's the best number to text? Give me sixty seconds, I'm sending it now." On the laptop run .\send_yes.ps1 -Business "[name]", text them the link it prints, and stay on the line. "Scroll to the top — tap the green Call button." Their own phone rings. That is the sale.

Not demo ready: "Let me build you one, no charge. It'll be on your phone tonight or tomorrow. Best number to text?" Getting the cell IS the win — put it in the note.

They say yes: "Great — I'll text you the sign-up link. A hundred a month, no setup fee, cancel any time. Once that's in, I put it on your own name and send you the finished link." send_yes prints this text ready to paste.

Price, plainly: "$100 a month. Hosting, updates, any change you text me done next day. No setup fee, no contract." Say the number and stop. Don't discount.

"Referrals only": "Best kind. But when somebody hears your name, the first thing they do is Google you. The site closes what the referral started."

"I have Facebook": "That works for people who already know you. It doesn't show up when somebody searches '[trade] near me' at 7 at night."

"Can't afford it": "Fair enough. One job pays for a year of it. Want me to leave the link up for a week so you can sit on it?"

"Is this legit?": "Reasonable question. I'm local — look me up at vanbrusselenbuilds.com — and you pay nothing to look at what I built."

"Take me off your list": "Done, sorry to bother you." Mark DNC and never call again.

Voicemail (once only): "Hey, this is Justin — I build websites for [trade] guys around [city]. I already put one together for you, costs nothing to look at. Call or text me back at 925-378-8917 and I'll send it over. Thanks."

Best times: 12–1pm and 4–6pm, Mon–Sat. Mornings they're mid-job.
